Senior Product Manager

Location: Remote | Salary: $100,000 - $149,000 | Company: Stretto

Are you a strategic thinker, a client advocate, and a collaborative leader with a passion for driving product success? Stretto is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our talented Product Owners team, overseeing a portfolio of innovative products and features. This role is central to our product strategy and is key in bringing client-focused solutions to life while elevating team performance.

Position Summary:
As a Senior Product Manager at Stretto, you’ll lead the vision and strategy of our products, aligning business goals with client needs and market trends. You will collaborate with leaders across the company and influence product direction by partnering closely with engineering, client-facing teams, and other executives. Balancing both tactical and strategic goals, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving both short-term wins and long-term innovation. This position reports to the VP, Product and offers autonomy, impact, and the opportunity to make a tangible difference in product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Product Strategy and Vision: Define and drive the overall product strategy, aligning it with Stretto’s business goals. Develop clear product differentiators and manage roadmaps that ensure client success and satisfaction.
  • Client and Market Insight: Regularly engage with clients to uncover their needs and translate insights into actionable initiatives. Lead client feedback sessions, advisory boards, and workshops to drive a meaningful product backlog.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with executives and senior managers to identify opportunities, guide product direction, and mentor the team. Serve as a trusted subject matter expert across the organization.
  • Product Development and Management: Oversee the prioritization and delivery of key projects, focusing on increasing product adoption, revenue growth, and ROI. Lead multiple development initiatives and ensure they meet clear acceptance criteria.
  • Business Analysis and Problem Solving: Assess risks and impacts, develop business cases, and apply project management methodologies to overcome business and technical challenges.
  • Communication and Documentation: Produce clear written communications, develop well-defined success criteria, and articulate strategic opportunities for products.
  • Industry Engagement: Attend key sales product demos, tradeshows, and team events to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of five years of related experience, with a proven track record in product management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Jira ticketing, and roadmap tools. Solid understanding of Agile and software development lifecycles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Bankruptcy industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Additional Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Salary and Benefits:

The annual salary for this role is currently $100,000.00-$149,000.00. The Company’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of various factors, including job-related skills, relevant education and experience, abilities of the applicant and equity with other team members.  The salary range listed here is subject to change at any time, at the Company’s discretion, and does not alter in any way the at-will nature of the employment relationship.
