Vocational Consultant with at least 2 years’ experience, Physical or Occupational Therapist with related experience preferred, Knowledge of Workers' Compensation claims and job accommodation procedures, Proof of current State Certification and Licensure where applicable, Field case management experience desired.
Key responsabilities:
- Coordinate return-to-work status for Workers’ Compensation cases
- Assess job duties at assigned work locations for modified duty assignments
- Liaise and provide information to physicians, employers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor effectiveness of transitional work plans and handle personal visits
- Maintain compliance with medical guidelines and privacy regulations
