Key Responsibilities:

Systems Integration:

Design and implement integrations between various business systems and applications.
Develop and maintain documentation for all integration architectures and workflows.
Ensure high availability and performance of integration solutions.
Monitor integration health and implement proactive measures to prevent failures.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve integration-related issues.

Automation and Scripting:

Create and maintain automated workflows to streamline business processes.
Design and implement scripts using Python and Node.js.
Develop custom solutions utilizing REST APIs and GraphQL APIs.
Implement error handling and logging mechanisms in automated processes.
Regular monitoring and optimization of existing automations.

Troubleshooting and Support:

Investigate and resolve integration-related incidents and problems.
Perform root cause analysis for automation failures.
Develop and maintain monitoring solutions for early detection of issues.
Create and maintain troubleshooting documentation.
Provide technical support for integration and automation-related queries.

Process Improvement:

Investigate and resolve integration-related incidents and problems.
Perform root cause analysis for automation failures.
Develop and maintain monitoring solutions for early detection of issues.

Skills and Personal Attributes:

Knowledge of Python and Node.js.

At least 1 year of previous work experience working in IT-related fields.
Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Gmail
Advanced written and spoken English skills (including top grammar skills) - Scores C1&C2
Appropriate work-from-home environment
USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally)
Personal computer with:
      12GB+ RAM
      Intel i3 8th generation or newer, an AMD Ryzen 3 2nd generation or newer, or an M1 chip.
      Windows 10+ or from macOS Sierra (10.12.6) to the latest version.
FT availability (40 hours a week)
