This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm GMT 30 minutes unpaid break

Job Description

Become the linchpin of a dynamic plumbing services team as an Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming customer communications professionally via phone and email
  • Schedule and coordinate plumbing jobs using Tradify software
  • Liaise between customers and plumbers to ensure clear communication
  • Handle schedule changes and updates efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer records and job histories
  • Provide administrative coverage during team absences
  • Contribute to overall business efficiency through effective task prioritization
  • Adapt to additional administrative duties as the business evolves


Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette
  • Strong written communication abilities for clear and concise emails
  • Proficiency in computer use with aptitude for learning new software quickly
  • Experience with or enthusiasm to master Tradify scheduling software
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Adaptability to cover various administrative tasks as needed
  • Problem-solving skills to handle scheduling conflicts and customer inquiries
