We are looking for a driven Operations Controlling Manager to join our global KPIs team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with Business Operations Directors, OpCo Operations controllers, and Finance Directors from around the world to ensure that robust Business Performance Management tools and processes are in place to achieve our ambitious Supply Chain goals.

About The Role: Driving Improvements Across Global Business Units
Responsibilities:
Set up and manage the performance measurement dashboard for priority KPIs in Supply Chain using Power BI. Provide support to all Business Units (regions) in target setting, organize proper training with relevant global functions. Ensure the connection between the headquarters and the local teams in the Operating Companies (OpCos).
Data analytics of Supply Chain Dashboard, bringing insights on the deviations, improvements, better measurements and standardization. Working with functional areas and technical teams to improve data quality, ensuring a timely and precise report and target set up.
Perform top-down financial data and performance analysis for BUs and OpCos to identify improvement opportunities, leverage technologies, and facilitate site groupings for enhanced continuous improvement efforts.
Ensure visibility and control of all big CAPEX investments of Nutreco and reporting to SHV.
Act as a Finance Business Partner for Supply Chain Directors, assisting in the strategy built to achieve SC goals, including budget process and cost control.
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Operations Control, Business Control, or a Global Supply Chain role in a fast-paced, global business environment.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Fluency in English and effectively communicating and networking with business and stakeholders.
Soft skills like good communication ability, curiosity, analytical strength, collaboration, adaptability and an energetic proactive approach to problem solving.
