Business Analytics Consultant
The Opportunity:
As a professional in the Delivery Hub organization, you have the experience and skills to ensure the Global Workplace data analytics process operations are effective, efficient, timely, in delivering solutions to our internal stakeholders. You know how to interface with internal and external customers to understand needs and gain insight on Global Workplace performance.
As Global Workplace Business Analyst, you will provide business and technical expertise for the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) data analytics process, tools, and applications for the Global Workplace organization. In this role you will apply specific functional knowledge as it applies to corporate real estate and develop solutions to a variety of problems of varying scope and complexity. This position will require travel to a firm site 5 times per month.

You Have:
3+ years of experience with data analytics
Experience with at least two of the various technology tools, including Power BI, SQL, or Python and CAFM or IWMS technology
Experience with process mapping tools, including documenting system and non-system processes in process flow diagrams
Experience with using process optimization methodologies to improve and streamline
Knowledge of corporate real estate processes and technologies
Knowledge of emerging data analytics and visualization software
Ability to travel to a firm site 5 times per month
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Snowflake, predictive analytics, Microsoft Azure Databricks, Tableau
Experience with test case development and test execution
Ability to apply situational awareness, process and assimilate data, and respond to a changing environment quickly
Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholder audiences and deliver client-ready presentations
Ability to comprehend end-user needs and establish rapport with stakeholders and the user-community
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or Technology

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
