nCino is seeking a skilled Credit Union Specialist to join our team that will work in tandem with the direct sales team, product development, and professional services. You will provide and demonstrate customized environments to help address prospect scenarios during the sales process. This role is vital in demonstrating the value of nCino’s products to credit unions and enhancing the overall member experience. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the consumer banking sector, particularly within credit unions, and will be responsible for delivering high-quality product presentations and collaborative engagement with the sales team. The ideal candidate will also have experience in mortgage and/or indirect lending.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute and/or lead prospect specific inquiries/scoping projects around nCino specific functionality as it relates to the direct user audiences
- Perform detailed deeper dive product demonstrations
- Demonstrate creating Salesforce.com custom fields and editing page layouts within an nCino demonstration environment
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise as it relates to the lending and banking environments
- Create dashboards and reports to represent prospect specific data requests
- Lead training webinars for internal nCino to explain recent release functionality
- Maintain training materials for new hires to help get them up to speed on the internal demonstration environment
- Collaborate with other members of Pre-Sales to understand prospect’s technical requirements and specific needs based on demonstrations and conversations
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a comparable field
- 2+ years’ experience or combination experience, education, & superior performance in consumer banking or operations at a credit union.
- Proven ability to build rapport with multiple teams, especially in a Sales environment
- Ability to be flexible with new challenges and constant change in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly describe, educate, and persuade
- Proven knowledge in consumer banking, mortgage, indirect lending, and financial services
- Highly professional demeanor with the ability to present in front of large groups
- Ability to react quickly to complex scenarios
Desired
- Salesforce experience
- Extensive knowledge in areas of Loan Origination Workflow, nCino, SFDC, mortgage, indirect lending, industry best practices, etc.
- Experience using one of nCino’s platforms to include: nCino BOS, Portfolio Analytics, nCino Mortgage, or Allegro Loan.
Travel Requirements
- Position requires up to 60% travel

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The base salary range for this job is:
$76,800.00 - $120,960.00
