🔍 What we're looking for: Humata Health Inc. is seeking a skilled and passionate Full-Stack Engineer (Golang/Python) to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll be a key contributor to designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge AI-powered healthcare technology solutions, working across the entire stack from front-end to back-end.

✅ Responsibilities:
- Design and develop full-stack AI-driven applications, including responsive front-end interfaces and robust back-end systems
- Build and maintain scalable, efficient, and secure web applications using Go and Python
- Create intuitive and dynamic user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks
- Integrate AI models and algorithms into production-ready applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the stack
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in full-stack development and AI technologies
🛠 Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong proficiency in Go and Python programming languages
- Experience with modern front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js)
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into production applications
- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
⭐Preferred Experience:
- Experience with cloud-native development and deployment (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Understanding of healthcare data standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7) and PHI regulations
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Previous experience in healthcare technology or related fields
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies
Our salary ranges are based on competitive pay for our company’s size and industry. They are one part of the total compensation package that may also include equity, variable compensation, and benefits. In accordance with New York City, Colorado, California, and other applicable laws, Humata Health is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $120,000-$150,000.
