POSITION SUMMARY
The Studio Manager is responsible for technical and logistical operations of the creative studio, including resource and process management (scheduling, production, quality check and delivery) of various print, web and/or multimedia projects to meet brand guidelines and business objectives. This position will be working with a client in the Tech industry, making tech experience valuable for the role.
JOB DUTIES
• Ensures brand consistency while remaining flexible and adhering to best practices
• Determines efficiencies in processes across studio team members given financial and brand objectives
• Articulates brand objectives and quality standards across appropriate team members to allow successful execution of production tasks
• * Manages day-to-day operations; ensures workflow is distributed based on appropriate skill set and budget, and executed based on strict quality objectives of the client's brand
• Communicates pro-actively, regularly and timely with internal customers on task statuses, concerns or potential delays
• Develops and maintains strong internal relationships to ensure collaboration toward the client's brand objectives
• Regularly provides feedback and support to team members, both technical and performance, to align with brand and business objectives
• Identifies and develops creative opportunities; contributes best practice ideas
• Mentors colleagues as appropriate
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in a related field. A combination of education and/or work experience may be substituted
• Minimum of 5 years' experience
• Excellent communicator at all levels of an organization
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others
• Able to inspire and motivate peers and team members to achieve results
• Excellent attention to detail in deadline driven, ambiguous environment
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and identify priorities for execution against strict quality and brand standards
• Experience in project management; able to identify, organize and execute overlapping tasks using appropriate resources
• Hardware and Software expertise (MS Office, Adobe CS)
• Full knowledge of production methodologies and digital formats
• Financial acumen to deploy resources appropriate to budget
