Responsibilities of the Solutions Engineer:
Your responsibilities include:
- Strategic & Technical Consulting:
- Technical Expertise & Consultation:
- Act as a hands-on consultant, bringing strategic, technical, and consultative expertise to each client engagement
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams
- Serve as the primary technical resource for internal HubSpot-related needs and customizations
- Solution Architecture & Process Design:
- Design and architect comprehensive technological blueprints to guide administrators and technologists
- Manage technical complexities, such as custom CRM field mapping, intricate workflows, and marketing operations migrations
- Lead data mapping processes for integrations and migrations, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency
- Conduct comprehensive tech stack audits to assess efficiency and identify areas for improvement
- Configuration, Training & Documentation:
- Leverage HubSpot knowledge to understand client goals, provide tailored solutions, and optimize HubSpot configurations
- Ensure data integrity and segmentation within HubSpot to optimize targeting and reporting capabilities
- Develop and maintain clear, detailed documentation for processes, workflows, and best practices
- Train and support internal team members on technical and strategic HubSpot usage
- Project Management & Client Strategy:
- Client Engagement & Strategy Development:
- Develop a thorough understanding of each client’s unique business objectives, challenges, and growth opportunities
- Proactively ask insightful questions to uncover client challenges and provide solutions across HubSpot's platforms
- Work with clients to create strategic plans for leveraging HubSpot to achieve critical business goals
- Implementation & Workflow Management:
- Create and execute robust implementation plans tailored to meet client-specific needs
- Collaborate with team members and clients to define workflows, integrations, and best practices
- Identify and suggest opportunities for clients to maximize HubSpot functionalities and explore underutilized tools
- Collaboration & Quality Assurance:
- Partner with internal team members and contractors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues within the HubSpot platform to ensure smooth client experiences
- Contribute to company growth by aligning with quarterly objectives and identifying upsell opportunities within client accounts
- Web Development & CMS Management:
- HubSpot CMS & Development Tools:
- Utilize HubSpot CMS to create effective, user-friendly websites and web applications that enhance client visibility and engagement
- Demonstrate proficiency in HubSpot-specific and general web technologies, including HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Hubl, and HubSpot CMS
- API Integrations & System Connectivity:
- Build and support API connections/integrations across various platforms to ensure seamless data synchronization and system compatibility
Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills are essential.
- Professional experience working at a Platinum, Diamond, or Elite level Hubspot Agency
- Experience working full-time for U.S. Based companies on U.S. hours (7 am - 3 pm PST)
- Strong technical, strategic, and consultative abilities, with a proven capacity to explain complex technical scenarios in a digestible manner.
- Background in web development, specializing in creating effective websites and/or web applications within the HubSpot CMS.
- Skilled in technologies such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Hubl, and the HubSpot CMS.
- Proficiency in leveraging the HubSpot CMS and working with APIs
