Insurance Sales:

Insurance Sales- No Evenings, No Weekends

Teacher’s Pension, a leading independent financial services organization, in the defined contribution & defined benefit business, is currently seeking candidates to join our team to work within existing plan sponsor relationships in the government and education markets. Pre-Set Appointments and in person presentations. No Weekends. No Evenings. Major Six-Figure Income.

Job Details: • Full- Time or Part-Time

We train you and give you the teachers to speak with who have requested our assistance from within their districts.

Our agents earn WELL ABOVE most licensed agents in the country.

Imagine working both virtually and in person, during the day only, no weekends, no evenings, and you can decide to take the entire summer off, although you can work during the summer if you choose.

Most agents have earned enough to take off the summer.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Generate quotes for new customers and use e-apps to submit new business
  • Generate new business through leads and referrals
  • Cross-sell existing customers with other agency products
  • Process payments and service pre-existing policies
  • Follow A Sales Process Designed To Make Closing Simple

Requirements:

  • A Life Insurance License with at least one year of experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Must be motivated and must be able to control your own schedule. No quotas!
  • You must have E&O coverage.

Agents working for captive companies or independent IMOs are looking for a more traditional career model that does not limit upward mobility.
