About the job

The Talent Acquisition team's goal is to contribute to Alma's growth by attracting top talent, providing high-quality recruitment process and creating excellent candidate experience.

In this role, you will provide counsel to senior leadership about trends in the marketplace, competitive intelligence and strategic recommandations for attracting the best talents. In the meantime, you will partner with hiring managers to focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience, leading with a data-oriented mindset when consulting on business decisions, and driving an interview process that evaluates against Alma's high bar for performance, future potential, and culture add.

About the mission

Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a successful relationship with our Sales teams and creating a high-performing hiring machine. Your key responsibilities includes:

  • Working with Sales hiring managers to determine the hiring needs
  • Helping Sales hiring managers craft appealing job descriptions
  • Advertising job postings on multiple recruiting channels
  • Consistently updating ATS (Applicant Tracking System) as required
  • Being proactive in networking, cold-calling, and "deep diving" into passive candidate networks through various channels
  • Engaging, qualifying, and nurturing different pools of candidates through various assessment techniques and methods
  • Shortlisting candidates based on criteria of a high performer in sales
  • Driving the candidate evaluation process and managing offer delivery and negotiations
  • Tracking metrics to spot successes and opportunities for improvement in the recruitment process
  • Directly responsible for educating hiring managers in the use of automated recruiting tools and operational standardisation for both active and passive candidate searches
  • Keeping up to date with recruitment resources and the competition's tactics in the company's industry

Being a Sales Recruiter at Alma requires a diverse skill sets and a strong sense of ownership and mission. We are looking for someone who embodies the following qualities :

  • Proven recruiting experience in the sales industry
  • Experience in the full cycle recruitment
  • Hands-on experience in social media recruiting
  • Familiarity with Sales KPIs for high performance
  • Excellent organizational ability
  • Fluency in both French and English

  • Visio call with Adrien (Head of TA) - 45min
  • Case study presentation (at the office) and live feedback - 1h
  • Final interview with Vincent (VP People) - 1h
