Overview:
IDC is seeking a Senior Director of North America ABM & Field Marketing. The Senior Director of North America ABM & Field Marketing will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s marketing activities across the North American region. Reporting to the Head of Performance & Field Marketing, this position involves leading and managing the regional field marketing and ABM strategies to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth. This position requires a collaborative leader who can work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and corporate teams to execute high-impact marketing programs that align with the company’s overall objectives.

This role can be remote in a US approved location, preferably in the East Coast.

Responsibilities:
- Strategy development: Develop and implement a comprehensive regional field marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and growth objectives. Lead the creation of ABM programs that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue from high-value target accounts
- Program execution: Drive in-field demand generation campaigns, such as events and webinars, tailored to IDG’s North American market. Design and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and personalized outreach. Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop personalized assets and messaging to support strategy.
- Sales Alignment: Partner with regional sales leadership to develop and execute marketing initiatives. Provide actionable insights and feedback to the sales team based on campaign performance and market trends.
- Team leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of field marketers, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy and regional business objectives.
- Performance management: Manage the regional field marketing budget. Work with marketing operations to track and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, with 7+ years in a field marketing leadership role and at least 3 years of direct ABM experience
- Experience in scaling GTM motions and supporting revenue marketing or growth marketing teams to drive account growth and generate demand
- Data-driven, creative, and able to deliver personalized marketing experiences that resonate with key stakeholders in target accounts
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and levels
- Experience in building and executing world-class events and experiences that drive revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
- Ability to travel 20%.

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $165,000 and $220,000 and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable).
