Job description

Overview:

Title: NAFPath Advisor

 

Location: U.S. Remote

 

Salary: $17.00 per hour + Monthly tiered performance incentive based on successful enrollment and funded loan counts

 

Overview:

The nafPath sales and retention team is part of the strategy division and supports the company mission by making outbound calls to help customers who are not yet loan ready get on the path to loan approval by connecting them with a loan readiness and credit repair partner organization. The nafPath team also provides retention management for clients enrolled with the loan readiness organization. A successful nafPath team member will successfully convince customers to be transferred to our partner organizations and sign-up for their offering, and provide a high level of retention management to all clients enrolled in the program to create an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Encourage customer enrollment in loan readiness services by coordinating transfers to our partner organizations.
  • Engage customers via email and inbound/outbound calls, fostering rapport to support sales and retention goals.
  • Make a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day.
  • Manage a pipeline of at least 800 clients effectively.
  • Available to work shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned to support team and company objectives

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, client retention, or sales.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent customer service abilities and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Passionate about helping customers achieve financial success.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Desired Education/Experience:

  • 1 or more years of office or inside customer service / call center experience preferred.
  • 1 or more years of experience working in the mortgage or real estate industry preferred.
  • 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
