Job description

Hi, we’re CompanyCam.

We’re a simple-to-use photo documentation and productivity app for contractors of all commercial and home services industries. Packed with intuitive functionality, CompanyCam facilitates unparalleled communication and accountability across a contractor’s entire business. We’re committed to providing a consumer-grade, game-changing experience that helps our users build trust within their company and with their customers.

But don’t let that corporate description fool you—the people behind our buttoned-up product are laid-back (but hardworking), genuine, and kickass, and you could be one of them!

The Role

We’re currently seeking a Franchise Development Representative to join our Business Development team! In this position, you’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding our franchise network through strategic partnerships. This person will work to identify and engage potential franchise partners, oversee the onboarding process, and ensure the long-term success for both the franchisees and the company. If you’re a strategic thinker with strong relationship building skills with a proven track record in account management, keep reading!

In this job you will...
  • Identify and engage with potential franchise partners to expand our franchise network.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of franchisee relationships, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensuring ongoing satisfaction and mutual growth.
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new franchise partners, ensuring a seamless transition and integration into our company’s systems.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to franchise owners and their teams, focusing on product offerings, sales processes, and effective marketing strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise partners, effectively addressing any issues, concerns, or question's to cultivate strong, long-term relationships.
  • Monitor franchise performance metrics, including sales and customer satisfaction, to provide strategic guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align franchise strategies with our overall company goals.
You must...
  • Show up every day, taking the courage to do the difficult but necessary stuff.
  • Grow up constantly: you're OK working in an environment full of change. You take responsibility, love ownership, learn continuously, and have a growth mindset.
  • Do good by treating your co-workers and customers the way you would like to be treated.
  • Be technically savvy and hungry to learn the ins and outs of our platform quickly.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have 1-2 years of previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing.
  • Possess a strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively, innovate, and adapt to new challenges.
  • Be willing to do the required travel.
  • Reside permanently and currently in the U.S. Sorry, we're not hiring outside the U.S. at this time even if you're willing to work during U.S. time zones.
It'd be nice if you...
  • Have prior experience in franchise development or partner management.
  • Have a track record of prospecting and selling to a targeted list of leads.
  • Are proficient in technology tools such as SalesForce CRM, Google Workspace, and Slack.
