At BILL, we listen, learn, and lead—fostering collaboration and a drive for continuous growth. We’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that values each person’s unique skills and experiences. Even if you don’t meet every requirement, we’d love to hear from you—you might be just what we’re looking for, whether in this role or another.

✨ Let’s give businesses more time for what matters.

Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

BILL is currently building out our Enablement team and will be hiring a Senior GTM (Go to Market) Enablement Manager to assist in the acceleration of the performance, effectiveness, and efficiency of our GTM teams within our Revenue Org by contributing to our end-to-end enablement program. We value diversity, equity, and inclusion and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can do their best work. We seek team members who share our core values: Passionate, Humble, Accountable, Authentic, and Fun.

The Senior GTM Enablement Manager will be responsible for owning Revenue new hire (and internal transfer / promo) onboarding programming from start to finish. This includes ensuring our new reps are equipped from day one with the right resources and training to ramp to productivity and excel at BILL.  You will deliver high-quality execution of the existing program, while innovating on new components to improve and extend the onboarding experience beyond the first month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Onboarding:
    • Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs for new GTM leaders to ensure a smooth transition and rapid assimilation into the company culture and processes.
    • Collaborate with HR and senior GTM  executives to identify specific needs and tailor onboarding experiences to enhance leadership capabilities.
    • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the onboarding programs, making adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.
  • Leadership Development:
    • Develop ongoing training and development programs focused on advanced sales strategies, leadership skills, and industry-specific knowledge.
    • Organize leadership workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions with both internal and external experts.
    • Implement metrics to evaluate the impact of leadership development programs on business performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • GTM Enablement Support:
    • Support the broader GTM enablement strategy by aligning leadership training with business goals and sales targets.
    • Create resources and tools to support GTM leaders in their roles, including playbooks, case studies, and situational guides.
    • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among GTM leaders to foster a collaborative and high-performing GTM culture.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Work closely with GTM departments, including Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success, to ensure GTM leadership has a holistic understanding of all business aspects.
    • Regularly communicate with senior stakeholders to report on program progress and gather feedback to continually refine leadership development initiatives.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • 6+ years experience in an Enablement function
  • Proven track record of GTM enablement/leadership development and coaching experience
  • Self-starter who can create scalable programs, work with little direction, deliver measurable increases in productivity and are excited about the opportunity to shape the development of our Revenue teams
