What Are We Looking For?

Contentstack’s partner program unites top agencies, consultants, and technology companies to deliver cutting-edge solutions and expert insights, empowering businesses to accelerate personalized, omnichannel digital experiences. With rapid global expansion within our partner relationship team, your role as Director of Partnerships, Americas, is multifaceted, leading a team focused on partner strategy and program execution across the Americas. This team will work cross-functionally, collaborating with the Global Sales Organization, Marketing, and Product teams to develop a robust and scalable partner ecosystem.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping Contentstack grow its business by effectively leveraging our partner ecosystem. You will manage a team of regionally distributed partner managers, ensuring that our partner strategies are successfully implemented to drive new partner-sourced pipeline and partner-sourced and influenced bookings in the Americas.   • Developing and implementing the Americas partnership strategy to support the regional revenue target through souring and influencing deals with our partners
  • Coach, mentor, manage and lead a team of partner relationship managers to achieve their targets.
  • Plan and manage team resources, ensuring they are efficiently deployed and provide mentorship and performance management
  • Maintain team alignment ensuring there is correct support for the Americas function, adapting and adjusting team structure and partner focus as required
  • Support development of partner awareness, onboarding and adoption programs to accelerate partner contribution
  • Work closely with the wider Americas go-to-market function to build strong relationships, implement go to market programs, ensure effective partner lead generation, co-sell support and service delivery
  • Collaborate effectively with the wider Global Partnerships team to ensure programs and activities are coordinated and best practices and successes from the Americas are shared more widely where appropriate
  • Evangelize the partner program to internal and external executives to support program success and growth
  • Align with our Global Sales Organisation to ensure we have an ecosystem of partners that add value to our current and prospective customers, identify incremental opportunities and assist in current sales pursuits
  • Work cross functionally to ensure the right partner marketing programs, partner enablement & certifications and partner content are in place to support the Americas partnership program
  • Manage conflict internally, cross-functionally or externally with diplomacy and respect to achieve consensus and go-forward plans

 

What really gets us excited about you:

  • 10+ years of experience in partnership management, ideally in SaaS software
  • 5+ years of experience managing partnership teams in a rapidly growing and fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of how to motivate and develop people in a supportive and accountable environment, inspiring them to give 100% effort and perform at levels higher than they imagined they could achieve
  • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve quotas and objectives within a complex client acquisition driven business
  • Quota driven with experience generating partner sourced pipeline and also experience working with partners to co-sell and influence revenue
  • Results oriented with strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize multiple objectives while meeting tight deadlines
  • Creative approach to identifying solutions for partners and clients/prospects
  • You enjoy solving problems and you also like to initiate change and think strategically within cross-functional teams
  • You have a strong and positive presence, are a master in communication 
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing a variety of projects and tasks at one time

Salary for this role ranges between $200,000 - 215,000 based on skill set and experience
