Peloton has a unique opportunity for an experienced Oracle Cloud PLM Lead Consultant to play a hands-on role in a high growth practice area.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will vary depending on the level and experience of the individual. The consultant will lead and work as part of a project team to deliver analytical, solution-oriented services to Fortune 1000 clients. Based upon experience, specific responsibilities may include:
- Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations.
- Recommending road maps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans.
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution.
- Hands-on configuration of the solution with the ability to support junior team members
- Defining new and refining existing business processes.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Functional Subject Matter Experts and Team Leadership in Concept-to-Design and Ideation-to-Commercialization business process.
- Global design workshop experience.
- PLM Oracle Cloud Ideation-to-Commercialization design, build and implementation experience using following modules:
- Ideation
- Innovation Management
- Product Development
- Product Quality Management
- Product Data Hub
- Nice to have exposure as an Oracle Agile PLM.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- May require some travel within the United States & Canada.
