Are you passionate about helping people change their lives? Were looking for empathetic, motivated facilitators to lead engaging group sessions in a virtual setting. As a Group Facilitator, youll guide participants through meaningful discussions and activities, fostering peer support and accountability, while adhering to our values of respect, inclusivity, and integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • Clinical License in FL and/or NJ: CAC, CADC, LCADC, CADC, LAC, LPC, LMHC, LMFT.
  • 2+ years of experience in group facilitation, counseling, or addiction recovery support.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate virtual group sessions for individuals in substance use recovery, using evidence-based practices to guide discussions and support peer connections.
  • Prepare engaging materials, topics, and activities tailored to group dynamics and treatment goals.
  • Monitor group progress, provide feedback, and document session notes in alignment with program requirements.
  • Collaborate with clinical team members, sharing insights and contributing to individual treatment plans when needed.
  • Create a safe, non-judgmental environment where participants feel encouraged to share openly.
  • Identify and address any immediate participant concerns, making referrals as needed to support resources.

Job Type: Part Time

Group Times: Mon-Thur 9am-12p or 6p-9p

Pay: $80-120 per group
