Join our client’s expanding team as a Real Estate Valuation Assistant, supporting the principal appraiser with report management and data tasks. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment are key. Real estate experience is a plus but not required—perfect for someone eager to learn and grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Expectations for Your Role
As a Real Estate Valuation Assistant, you will:

  • Prepare appraisal reports: Collaborate with the principal appraiser to gather necessary information and ensure reports are complete and accurate before property inspections, streamlining the appraisal process.

  • Perform accurate data entry: Execute time-sensitive data entry tasks with precision to maintain the integrity of appraisal data.

  • Update software platforms: Regularly refresh the appraisal software and project management tools like Trello with the latest project activities to ensure transparency and effective tracking.

  • Assist appraisers with property sketches: Utilize appraisal software to help create visual representations of properties, labeling and organizing reports for clarity and ease of use.

  • Maintain excellent organizational skills: Manage multiple tasks while ensuring attention to detail.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Advanced English writing skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

  • Proficiency in data entry, with a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.

  • The ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, remote environment.

  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate would also bring:

  • Recent experience in customer service, administration, or similar roles, along with experience in real estate or related fields (preferred but not required), where attention to detail was essential.

  • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello.

  • An understanding of appraisal software or the willingness to learn.


TRAINING AND SUPPORT

New team members will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition into the role and to help develop necessary skills related to appraisal processes and software.


WORK SETUP & EXPECTATIONS
Our client offers a fully remote and flexible work environment. This is a part-time position with the potential for more hours after a 60-day trial. A high-speed internet connection and a reliable laptop are required.
