Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff to lead critical operations and drive efficiency within our organization. The ideal candidate will excel in a multifaceted role, overseeing system architecture, operational processes, digital marketing strategies, and capital projects to ensure streamlined, high-quality performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Architecture: Develop and oversee technology systems that drive operational efficiency and support business growth.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Manage digital marketing initiatives, including collaborating with external vendors and tracking success through analytics.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement streamlined processes in areas like sales, business operations, and equipment maintenance. Document these processes to create a comprehensive Company Playbook.
  • Capital Projects: Oversee strategic investments in capital projects, such as managing rental equipment and vehicle fleet operations.
  • Reporting: Produce consistent, data-driven reports for the leadership team, fostering a culture of informed decision-making.
