About the Role

As a member of the Data Entry team, your primary responsibility will be to engage with both potential and active customers, offering support on a range of inquiries about Airpost. You’ll assist with onboarding, provide updates on account status, share timelines, and offer guidance on navigating our platform effectively.

You’ll also work on analytical tasks, such as evaluating potential clients from our waitlist and reviewing their online presence to gather useful information.

What You’ll Do

Provide end-to-end customer assistance, from onboarding to ongoing platform guidance.
Help evaluate potential clients and gather insights from support interactions and other sources.
Perform manual tasks, many of which are planned for future AI automation.
Collaborate closely with multiple teams to resolve issues and provide targeted support.

What You Bring

Proficiency in English.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Trello, Jira), Slack, and Google Docs.
Ideally, experience in video production, digital advertising, or digital marketing.
A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and success.
Previous experience working in a remote setting.
An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
