We are seeking an experienced CRM Contractor to support a key project in Dublin. This role involves providing CRM training and integration support, specifically focused on Salesforce. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in enhancing our CRM capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive discovery phase to assess the organization's CRM needs.
- Provide expert training to staff on Salesforce, ensuring effective use of the platform.
- Develop a detailed list of recommendations and priorities for further CRM implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure the project is completed efficiently and within the specified timeframe.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Salesforce CRM systems.
- Strong background in CRM training and integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in similar project-based roles is advantageous.
Timeline:
This project is expected to take approximately 5 days and must be completed before the end of the year.
