The purpose of the role is to ensure the continued overall the quality and efficiency of repair services offered to Allianz’ customers by the service providers. The post holder is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with service providers, monitoring their performance, and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance the overall repairer network.

 

You'll be responsible for:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service providers in the repairer network, communicating and evaluating the repairer’s performance based on expectations and standards for repair services.
  • Regularly assess the performance of service providers, including repair quality, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction through open and closed file reviews of the Allianz Motor Claims book including Assessor recommendations.
  • Analyse data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that service providers adhere to commercial standards and regulatory requirements by conducting audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with service providers to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency and implement initiatives to enhance the overall performance and capabilities of the repairer network.
  • Prepare regular reports on the performance of service providers and present findings to internal stakeholders and communicate effectively with internal teams, service providers, and other relevant parties.

 

Important to your success:

  • Motor Trade qualification: Panel Beater, Spray Painter and/or Mechanic (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of Motor repair processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Relevant comprehensive experience in General Insurance Claims or Quality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supplier or service provider management within the General Insurance or automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvement initiatives.
