Job Overview: 

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Account Executive to accelerate our trajectory. Here you will have the opportunity to sell to Khoros’ most strategic enterprise named accounts with the solutions to revolutionize their businesses. You will help new customers understand the value of the Khoros Customer Engagement Platform and be able to challenge them to think about new ways to differentiate and transform their business. This role is fully remote in the United States and we are looking for someone in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a go-to-market strategy for your assigned territory and create a pipeline of prospective new logo opportunities
    Driving cross-sell, up-sell and expansion opportunities within your territory
    Identify, qualify and drive new business opportunities for the Khoros Customer Engagement platform
    Utilize your prospecting skills and a variety of tools to build and accelerate a steady flow of quality pipeline for new customer acquisitions and to source expansion opportunities in new departments
    Engage with senior executives of some of the biggest global brands to position the Khoros value proposition
    Listen to customer’s needs and become their trusted advisor to guide them through their digital transformation journey
    Guide the prospective customer’s definition of business value and challenge them to think about new ways to differentiate and transform their business. 
    Must be able to negotiate sound agreements.
    Collaboratively work with a team of internal resources, including Sales Development Representatives, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Customer Success, Legal, Marketing, and Executives to effectively manage the sales process from end-to-end.
    Demonstrate excellence in sales forecasting and opportunity management

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B Enterprise sales and/or account management experience in a high technology-based SaaS environment
  • A consistently top performing seller who thrives on acquiring new customers
  • Experience growing enterprise accounts
  • Self-motivated as an individual and a strong collaborator with your team
  • Fluent with relative SaaS technology
  • Experience creating alignment and orchestrating internal account teams
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Able to showcase a learn-it-all mindset vs. a know-it-all mindset
  • Passionate for understanding technology and customer success stories, equally matched by passion for understanding prospective customers’ executive priorities, challenges, and goals
  • Open to coaching and continuously looking for opportunities to improve
  • Experience selling Digital CX/Digital Marketing/Social Media software is preferred
    Ability to travel up to 35% in region

 

This is a United States-based, remote position; however, at this time we are not able to consider candidates living in the following states: Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.

The base salary range for this role is $120,000-$130,000 with a commission variable. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
