Job description

Job Title: Senior Population Health Analyst
Schedule: 100% Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze large healthcare datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for population health management.
Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and assess evidence-based interventions for at-risk patient groups.
Guide clinical staff on quality improvement initiatives and evaluate metrics for care enhancement.
Create reports and dashboards to effectively communicate data findings to leadership and partners.
Mentor junior analysts and support their development in data insights aligned with strategic goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and refine data tools to meet evolving healthcare analytics needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of healthcare data analysis experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; strong communication and interpersonal skills required
