High School Diploma, 2-5 years related experience, CMCA, AMS or PCAM Designation preferred, Proficient with Google Suite applications, Prior HOA experience is a plus.
Key responsabilities:
- Assist in departmental operations and perform additional duties as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with the Board of Directors, homeowners, and coworkers.
- Attend and facilitate Board meetings and create meeting materials.
- Prepare budgets and manage vendor contracts for communities.
- Resolve various HOA concerns and maintain communication records.
