Position Overview

As a key member of our Expert Recall Customer Care team, you will be instrumental in engaging with customers during Recall events. In this contact center role, you will handle inbound calls, providing exceptional service and support. Your contributions will not only assist customers but also enhance overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently over the phone.
  • Enhance client brands by addressing inquiries, processing requests, and surpassing customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records in customer database systems by documenting interactions and workflow cases.
  • Elevate unresolved issues to management when necessary.
  • Ensure courteous, high-quality service during every customer interaction.
  • Exhibit effective multitasking abilities with phone and computer systems.
  • Adhere to company policies while responsibly managing time and attendance.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Proficient in handling challenging scenarios with composure and patience.
  • Strong foundational skills in mathematics, reading, writing, and problem-solving.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; some college coursework is preferred but not mandatory.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or a related customer-facing role.
