Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Remote

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries regarding our services, and assisting customers with their State of California Lifeline accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, IVR, or web portal.
  • Document and track all customer interactions and issues.
  • Adhere to established procedures to deliver accurate information.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and implement necessary changes.
  • Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate departments.
  • Communicate any potential concerns to supervisors.
  • Ensure precise data entry.
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities to effectively resolve customer issues.
  • Strong documentation and data entry skills.
  • Familiarity with standard operating procedures for accurate information dissemination.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of six months of recent experience in a call center environment.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Monolingual: $16.00 per hour.
  • Bilingual: $16.50 per hour.
  • Benefit options include Dental, Life, Medical, and Vision insurance.
  • Flexible work hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM PST.
