Our Higher Ed team is currently seeking a Sales Enablement Associate to join their Business Enablement Solutions team.

Your impact on the team:

You will be supporting the Sales Representatives, District Managers, and Sales Specialists in all aspects of sales and marketing support. You will be working with internal teams and resources to help solve customer problems and provide excellent service.

Your critical thinking and creative skills will help bring company strategy ideas to fruition, build marketing campaigns, and deliver training materials and sales kits to customer-facing teams. Reporting to the Business Enablement Manager, your work will help build the future of learning. This role works remotely and is open to permanent residents of the United States that live within the country.

A typical day might include:

  • Service and support in digital account creation, supplies management, and delivery of sales resources.
  • Partnering with Sales Representatives to resolve external customer issues.
  • Supporting the MH Higher Education organization with company initiatives.
  • Building strong relationships and trusts with the sales teams, District Managers, product teams, and external customers.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric focus and natural bias for teamwork.
  • Ability to think independently and work with speed and accuracy to deliver results.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and superior communication skills.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, other technology, and the web.

The pay range for this position is around $38,000-40,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
