The Opportunity:

This role is responsible for solving difficult problems and providing clear, concise, and proactive communication. The Analyst II, Business Product conducts persona interviews, documents user journeys and pain points, and understands and documents problems to be solved. Additionally, this role gathers, documents, and validates product and business requirements, leveraging data, policies, and practices to help influence decision-making. The ideal candidate completes tasks in line with capability and feature priorities, demonstrates initiative and accountability, and prioritizes risks and dependencies. The Analyst II, Business Product is a trusted partner to end users and managers, and actively contributes to a collaborative team environment. It is strongly preferred that the selected individual have professional experience within revenue cycle management solutions and services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct persona interviews to identify user needs and pain points for each user persona.
  • Document user journeys to visualize the steps taken by each user persona and identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather, document, and validate product and business requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Use data, policies, and industry best practices to help influence decision-making and guide product development.
  • Complete tasks in line with capability and feature priorities, maintaining a focus on timeliness and quality.
  • Demonstrate initiative and accountability by executing assigned tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Document and prioritize risks and dependencies identified by others, proactively communicating them to the product manager.
  • Perform product analysis and provide options for recommendations based on findings.
  • Analyze data and trends to support fact-based business decisions and validate product hypotheses.
  • Understand and document problems to be solved, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Conduct market and user research, as well as trend analysis, to stay informed about industry developments.
  • Develop a solid understanding of technical direction, proposed solutions, and means to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Maintain awareness of technology trends and tools relevant to the product domain.
  • Assist with documenting data flow, technology integrations, and patterns, as needed.


Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.

Minimum Of 2 Years Of Relevant Work Experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Collaborative team player with a trusted partnership approach to stakeholders.
