Job description

Lead and manage a team of SAP consultants responsible for providing application support and maintenance services for SAP systems
+ Ensure the timely and effective resolution of incidents, problems, and service requests in alignment with agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
+ Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, priorities, and expectations for SAP application support
+ Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for SAP AMS services and escalations
+ Define and implement processes and procedures for incident management, problem management, change management, and service request management
+ Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance service delivery
+ Provide guidance and support to the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to SAP applications
+ Coordinate with technical teams and other stakeholders to ensure the availability and stability of SAP system
+ Facilitate knowledge sharing and training initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the AMS team
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies, releases, and best practices related to application support and maintenance.

What We Look For in a Candidate
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications in SAP are highly desirable
+ Proven experience as an SAP consultant, with a focus on application support and maintenance
+ Strong knowledge of SAP applications such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA
+ Experience leading a team of SAP consultants, including performance management, coaching, and mentoring
+ Solid understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and methodologies, preferably ITIL
+ Familiarity with incident management, problem management, and change management processes and tools
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
