Job Title: Customer Advocate - Remote | WFH

In this remote role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele, including small to medium-sized businesses, internet service providers, and hospitality organizations throughout the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a positive and respectful environment for both the team and customers.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist and educate customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency, ensuring prompt follow-ups where necessary.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer accounts, managing orders, changes, and requests accurately.

Required Skills
