Responsibilities
Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive/Personal Assistant to support their executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, proactive, and possess strong communication and analytical skills. This role involves providing comprehensive support across various business areas, including communications, administration, scheduling, and client satisfaction. The role requires a US citizen capable of obtaining a security clearance, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Support the CEO and COO, as well as other executive team members, ensuring company goals are met and operations run smoothly
- Manage scheduling, including agendas, meetings, and other logistics for the CEO and COO
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, ensuring effective information flow to senior executives
- Oversee travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and meal arrangements
- Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls and directing them promptly and professionally
- Proofread and prepare materials for the Executive Team
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all communications and materials
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting upper management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in office productivity tools and adaptability to new software and systems
- Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
- Flexibility, willingness to adapt to changes, and ability to tackle challenges in a team environment
- Must be a US citizen capable of obtaining a security clearance
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and employee information
Preferred Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in proofreading and editing
- Familiarity with common office software
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfort working with top-level managerial staff

- Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Applicants must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
