MeBe is seeking a skilled Clinical Operations leader to join our team as the Senior Regional Director. The Senior Regional Director is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing regional operations in the assigned geography (4-8 service areas)  A focus of this position is to lead the regions under your purview, ensuring best in class operations that deliver high quality outcomes and experiences for our diverse client populations. You will collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team on both short- and long-term strategic plans, driving organizational growth and success. This high-visibility role reports directly to our Chief Operating Officer.

About What You’ll Work On:

  • Coach, supervise, and mentor Site and Area Directors, fostering professional development and growth to help them achieve their region’s goals. 

  • Develop strategic plans with Site and Area Directors designed to achieve desired multi-discipline hours, profit and net income and meet with Directors regularly to ensure productivity, billable goals and scheduling metrics stay on track.

  • Develop Directors confidence and autonomy so they may lead initiatives that align with organizational goals, policies and procedures. 

  • Partner with Directors, Marketing and Business Development to ensure maximum clinic capacity.

  • Partner with COO to develop hiring targets based on forecasted growth numbers, and partner with Directors and Recruiting to meet all hiring goals, including improving strategies for timely hiring of open headcounts

  • Partner with Contracting/Credentialing, and Revenue Cycle team to ensure clinicians are able to provide services in a timely manner and we are able to launch new disciplines as needed.

  • Partner with Scheduling, Authorizations, and Client Services to meet forecasted client goals and manage client onboarding process.

  • Participate in strategic planning and annual forecasting with COO, using data to manage monthly regional progress, drive priorities, maintain high productivity and positive financial results. 

  • Drive change by leading regional operations meetings, workgroups, task forces, and best-practices sessions.

  • Maintain high quality clinical services and client satisfaction by staying current on new research, trends, and developments in ABA, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and related fields.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years in the field of ABA, specifically in a multi disciplinary agency 

  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Education or related field

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Minimum of 4 years managing and/or leading teams in a clinical setting and possesses a strong acumen for ABA operations and overall ABA program management

  • Documented experience managing a region above 100 staff at minimum

  • Experience managing a region of at least 3 ABA centers

  • Demonstrated experience managing a book of business of gross annual revenue of $5MM USD or more

  • Experience conducting skill and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland, Essentials for Living, FBA, etc.)

  • Proven and demonstrated leadership experience

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills
