Are you ready to shape the future of industry-specific business applications? ECI is looking for an ambitious, results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy and bring our product vision to life for customers across key industries.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy, responsible for crafting compelling value propositions and shaping our products’ positioning to capture new markets and expand opportunities with existing clients. You’ll define and communicate ECI’s product value in ways that resonate, leading marketing campaigns and pipeline initiatives that drive measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Build a Coherent GTM Strategy: Define and execute a product and industry marketing strategy that sets us apart.
- Create Product & Industry Messaging Frameworks: Establish powerful messaging that resonates across our products.
- Define & Build Buyer Personas: Understand our customers deeply to drive messaging that meets their needs.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work collaboratively to prioritize and execute high-impact go-to-market initiatives.
- Deliver Compelling Campaigns: Craft strategies and offers that drive measurable results.
- Develop Sales Enablement Tools: Equip sales with essential playbooks, enablement programs, and competitive positioning insights, including battlecards and win/loss analysis.
- Create Engaging Content: From customer-facing assets like pitch decks and ROI calculators to compelling web content, make our products shine.
- Lead Product Launches: Manage comprehensive product launches, creating a splash with internal and external communications.
- Guide Customer Advocacy: Build a robust library of customer use cases that validate and enrich our messaging.
What You Bring
- Educational Background: Degree in marketing, business, or a comparable blend of education and experience.
- Experience: 5+ years in product marketing for B2B software, ideally with ERP and SaaS/Cloud expertise.
- Storytelling & Strategy: A compelling storyteller with the ability to engage and educate customers.
- Collaborative Skills: Strong experience working with sales, product management, demand generation, and other key teams.
- Project Management: A multitasker who can prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal, writing, and presentation abilities.
- Growth Mindset: Data-driven, performance-focused, and eager to drive growth.
- Bonus: Pragmatic Institute certification or an MBA is a plus!
