We are expanding our Procurement team and looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Buyer to join our ranks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and third parties.
  • Oversee and enforce procurement processes on individual projects.
  • Handle contract requests and maintain oversight of vendor agreements.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of requirements and maintain general auditory knowledge.
  • Operate independently, with minimal supervision, to drive procurement tasks and initiatives.
  • Utilize ERP and CRM systems, with a preference for experience in Oracle, Jaggaer, and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to scope and complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Establish effective relationships to meet short- and long-term sourcing needs.
  • Maintain and organize purchasing files.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in technology or healthcare sectors.
  • Familiarity with Jaggaer and other procurement software is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage and foster relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems (Oracle and Salesforce preferred).
  • Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis (V-lookups beneficial).
  • Background in software and healthcare industries is preferred.

Working Arrangements

  • Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements.
  • Primarily works remotely or in standard office environment if required.
  • May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays to support our different business units globally and in different time zones.
  • Up to 10% travel.
  • On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs
