About the Role:
Armis seeks a Partner Operations & Infrastructure Manager to streamline processes, drive operational efficiency, and foster a partner-friendly environment. This pivotal role demands a strategic mindset, operational acumen, and a hands-on approach. What you'll do:
Partner Tools & Operations
- Manage and maintain multiple partner systems, including the portal, Salesforce, account mapping tool, learning management system, and partner university.
- Collaborate with Armis business system teams to continuously improve, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of partner systems.
- Introduce and integrate new partner tools into our platform ensuring they are delivered on time and to the desired quality standards and adoption.
- Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively detect and resolve problems.
- Create comprehensive documentation for all partner systems to support user understanding and adoption.
- Provides daily assistance to partners and internal teams, troubleshooting inquiries on portal access, agreements, programs, and more.
- Design, implement, and manage efficient partner processes for onboarding, opportunity registration, SPIFFs, opportunities, and tenant management, leveraging technology and automation to optimize scalability and satisfaction.
Partner Performance Reporting and Analytics
- Collaborate with the analytics team to create and manage comprehensive reports and dashboards that track partner performance.
- Analyze partner performance data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and uncover opportunities for increased revenue.
- Track partner performance against established APEX KPIs, ensuring adherence to program commitments and policies.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentation materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) or other leadership presentations, providing insights into partner performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Partner Programs
- Enhance partner incentive programs and design new ones that align with goals, maximize value for partners, and drive desired behaviors. Manage the entire lifecycle of these programs, from concept to execution and measurement.
- Spearhead strategic projects that deliver substantial value to partners, accelerate revenue growth, and enhance the partner experience including but not limited to marketplace adoption, and portal improvements.
What we expect:
- 4 - 6 years of experience in SaaS companies, preferably working in Partner Operations, Partner Program, and with Partners (Resellers, MSPs, GSIs, Marketplace, Distributors, Service Partners) across multiple geographies
- Proficiency in CRM, BI tools and other partner tools such as Crossbeam, Impartner, etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Salary range guidance for this position is: $90,000-$100,000 per year.
