Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

This role reports to the Sr Director of FP&A and is a key member of the FP&A team. The role will be primarily responsible for supporting the SVP of Marketing as their FP&A Partner. The role will also support Ad-Hoc analytical requests from our Product and GTM Leaders.

  • Become the finance partner for the Marketing motion of BILL’s GTM teams - ensuring appropriate resourcing, budgeting, investment analysis, and other critical financial support
  • Support and lead business case, marketing ROI, financial analysis and value creation for strategic initiatives
  • Assist with regular reporting of key metrics - enhancing reporting accuracy and improving turnaround timeframes
  • Assist in accounting processes related to close; work closely with G&A and Accounting to forecast and track activities for internal functions and external vendors as part of period close process

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a high growth corporate finance environment with heavy emphasis on analytics
  • Advanced understanding of corporate financial planning, modeling, reporting and analysis at scale
  • Experience in a SaaS or FinTech company will be helpful
  • Experience with providing analytical support to drive financial performance
  • Success in improving reporting processes
  • Background in using Adaptive Insights for budgeting and monitoring results
  • Ability to drive and understand financial implications for certain

 

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
