Location: Beaverton, OR

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Financial Operations Coordinator provides overall day-to-day support to ensure the effective data management of all Client Financial reporting. Administrative tasks include managing multiple inputs on updates to budgets, revenue tracking, and project status. Participating in project management providing support to the Client Financial Analyst and Budget Managers in Financial Operations.


YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in either Accounting or Finance
  • Strong financial management and operational skills
  • Ability to take initiative to learn and produce high quality work
  • Proficiency in excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to read, edit, customize and manipulate data and reports
  • Strong analysis and judgment skills 
  • Accept changes with short notice and tolerate frequent interruptions.
  • Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team.
  • Prioritize, manage multiple projects, and effectively perform within tight time constraints. 
  • Successfully perform in high stress, fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Vendor validation & verification in the accounting portal.
  • Compile, track, and submit approved vendor and contractor invoices in the accounting invoice portal.
  • Project status report updates
  • Project closeout tracking and reporting
  • Resource allocation
  • New project price gathering
  • Creating and allocating Production & Creative budget templates
  • Maintain/update training and resource documents.
  • Update pricing and resourcing requests in the PSA (Professional Services Automation)
  • Attend Client Financial Analys & Budget Manager team meetings and off-site
  • Create, establish, and help implement financial best practices, streamlined efficiencies and program enhancements
  • Support the coordination, preparation, and compilation of data / information for clients
  • Maintain and expand industry knowledge, financial and event management, by attending educational workshops or classes; reviewing related publications; establishing networks
  • Support the development and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

HOW WE’LL TAKE CARE OF YOU

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting salary for this role is between $51,000 and $60,000. Our salary ranges are based on third-party national average market compensation analysis. The actual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Physical Requirements:
