Job Overview

Join our esteemed financial services firm as a Senior Investment Service Associate in a fully remote capacity. We are dedicated to delivering outstanding independent retirement plan and investment advisory services to a diverse clientele, including employers, executives, and individual investors. Our firm is nationally recognized for its exceptional service and extensive portfolio of assets, and we take pride in fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key liaison between financial advisors, the Managed Account Platform, the Investment Team, and our technology vendor.
  • Develop comprehensive expertise in the platform’s technology and services, offering training and support to advisors.
  • Facilitate the transition of advisors’ books of business to the platform from various systems.
  • Ensure thorough verification of new account forms to guarantee accuracy upon setup on the platform.
  • Validate requests for updates to existing accounts, ensuring proper implementation and providing feedback when necessary.
  • Efficiently prioritize and process standard service and trading requests submitted by advisors, confirming completion with them.
  • Collaborate with Investment Team leadership to determine appropriate responses to special service requests.
  • Create and maintain model portfolio allocations for both advisor and home office portfolios, including documentation of changes.
  • Assess issues and recommend solutions in collaboration with team members, while monitoring compliance and regulatory risks.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to the Managed Account Platform and collect feedback for workflow enhancements.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within the wealth management sector.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in investment or wealth management is required.
  • Experience with account management, including trading, rebalancing, and servicing client accounts, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with trading technology platforms, such as Vestmark, is advantageous.
  • Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 63⁄65 licenses (or a commitment to obtain within the first year) are preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

The salary range for this position is typically between \(60,000 and \)80,000, with actual compensation varying based on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, and experience. Additionally, a bonus program is available to enhance total earnings.
