Job Description

Over 60 transfers! This is the amount of tech transfers we want to deliver in the next years to give patients access to our high-quality and affordable medicines.

We are seeking an Reliability Engineer who will be responsible for supporting oversight of execution and reporting on reliability engineering with respect to buildings, processing and/or packaging equipment and utilities. Planning and executing calibration and maintenance activities including spare parts.

Your key responsibilities: 

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead or contribute to activities and improvements related to equipment, utility, facility (maintenance, productivity, compliance, environmental, energy efficiency).
  • Maintain Master Instrument Inventory (MII) and Master Equipment Inventory (MEI).
  • Manage technical / engineering changes: originate Change Request, approve Change Request, close Change Request.
  • Develop test specification / plan for commissioning & qualification in projects.
  • Create/Execute DQ, IQ and OQ protocols and reports.
  • Perform commissioning, FAT / SAT / qualifications/validations and GMP risk assessments (incl. Sensors SRA).
  • Independently manage and resolve deviations on equipment and systems.
  • Support internal and external audits and provide conditions for and control of the implementation of HSE tasks and requirements in the unit.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Degree in engineering (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc.) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering and/or production environment. 
  • Strong project management, problem-solving skills and self-initiative.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in the local language.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
