Email & SMS Specialist (12-Month Fixed Term)

Are you passionate about digital marketing and fluent in both French and English? We’re looking for an Email and SMS Specialist to join our dynamic global Digital Marketing team for a 12-month maternity cover. This role is a fantastic opportunity to bring your energy and skills to a brand loved by millions—and yes, it’s fully remote!

What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Email and SMS Specialist, you’ll drive the engagement and loyalty of our customers by delivering standout digital communications, including emails, SMS, and app notifications that are fun, engaging, and on-brand. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end process of each campaign, from brief creation and audience segmentation to A/B testing and performance analysis. With tools like SFMC, PredictSpring, and Attentive at your fingertips, you’ll help shape the way we connect with customers worldwide.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Campaign Magic: Create, brief, and schedule email, SMS, and app campaigns from concept to deployment.
  • Audience Insight: Use segmentation tools to craft customer journeys that keep our audience excited.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with brand, creative, and marketing teams to bring your vision to life.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Conduct A/B tests and analyse campaign results to optimize future communications.
  • Tech Tools: Utilize SFMC, PredictSpring, and Attentive to deploy targeted messages, plus Asana to stay connected with the team.
  • Compliance Savvy: Ensure campaigns align with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other regulations for safe and impactful delivery.
  • Marketing Calendar Maintenance: Keep track of all our exciting campaigns, ensuring a smooth, engaging schedule.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Fluency in French and English (essential for working across our international markets).
  • 1-2 years’ experience in digital or email marketing, ideally within ecommerce.
  • Data-driven mindset with a knack for analysing metrics and campaign results (GA experience a plus!).
  • Organisation and attention to detail, along with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
