Job description

Our Product team is expanding, and they are looking for a new Junior Product Coordinator internally.


Position Summary:


As a Junior Product Coordinator you will assist in maintaining project documentation, tracking tasks and issues and reporting progress to stakeholders. Your role involves coordinating with teams, identifying project risks and assisting in developing project plans and timelines.


Key Responsibilities:


Duties will include but are not limited to:


  • Maintain organized project documentation using tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Monday, updating it regularly.
  • Track ongoing tasks and issues, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
  • Anticipate potential challenges and proactively address them to maintain project momentum.
  • Report progress of tasks and issues to the Manager regularly. 
  • Create tasks for other departments based on directives from the Product Owner, utilizing project management tools.
  • Provide clear and concise updates on project status and milestones. 
  • Assist in developing project plans and timelines. 
  • Make needed changes in CMS.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align tasks with project objectives. 
  • Aid in resource allocation and ensure team readiness. 
  • Identify and communicate potential project risks. 
  • Assist with QA of tasks.
  • Additional ad-hoc duties as directed by the Product Owner


Requirements

  • 6+ Months experience within the Company.
  • 1+ Years of work experience in iGaming industry 
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment. 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without getting stressed. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving industry. 
  • Basic understanding of project management principles. 
  • Proficient in using Atlassian Jira and Confluence for project documentation. 
  • Competency in Microsoft products. 

 

This role will be Monday - Friday from 09:00-18:00 CET with 1 hour lunch break
