Key Responsibilities

• Engage in both voice and non-voice processes as required.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with utmost professionalism.
• Verify information from third-party sources through online databases for accuracy.
• Complete Enrichment Tasks as outlined by the client, utilizing provided training.
• Conduct data entry, validate vendor information, verify board certifications, and liaise with state boards for updates.
• Ensure the timely execution of all assigned tasks with a focus on quality.
• Be receptive to additional responsibilities as the role evolves.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles, ideally within an inbound/outbound call center or inside sales environment, is beneficial.
• Availability for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, with immediate start capability.
