The Role

We are looking for Network Growth Business Analyst II to innovate, win, and grow with us in Portsmouth, NH, or Remote in the U.S.

The Network Growth Business Analyst II will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data to support strategic decision-making and enhance business processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging analytical skills and industry knowledge to drive improvements in financial products and services.

The individual must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time.

How you’ll contribute:

  • Perform statistical analysis on large datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and insights, and 
    summarizing key findings to internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize statistical models and tools to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  •  Lead analysis modeling projects, training, and presentations.
  •  Collaborate with Paymode-X Business Solutions teams to gather and document detailed business requirements.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement optimized processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate key performance 
    indicators (KPIs) to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and reliability in reporting systems.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and drive enhancements to our products and systems. 
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to facilitate effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business processes, requirements, and analysis.
  • Driving efficiency and consistency across internal reporting. Research best practices, provides recommendations for the business operations and support developing the solutions.

If you have the attributes, skills, and experience listed below, we want to hear from you!

  • 3-5 years of professional experience with Reporting, creating visualization dashboards, and Data Analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools: Excel, PowerQuery, PowerBI (Excel and PowerBI are REQUIRED)
  • Proficiency in MS SQL Database Technology: Familiarity with database design principles and normalization. Experience with popular relational database management systems such as 
    MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or SQLite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Information Systems, or related field (Required)
