Job description

This is a remote position.

   Abhyaz Internships is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Project Management Executive Intern. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and analytical skills, with a passion for managing projects effectively. This internship provides hands-on experience in project management and coordination.


Responsibilities:


Core Functional Responsibilities:


-        Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties to ensure project success.


-        Maintain project timeframes, budgets, and status reports to monitor progress.


-        Organize project teams according to their potential and assign tasks accordingly.


-        Arrange equipment and resources for projects, such as software and computers.


-        Coordinate teams and resolve technical problems that may arise during project implementation.


-        Research and evaluate existing hardware and software to inform project decisions.


-        Create detailed work plans that sequence project activities and milestones.


-        Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies and mitigate potential issues.


-        Manage resources and plan projects according to capacity and resource availability.


-        Implement and maintain development practices to ensure accurate project documentation.


-        Conduct risk management activities to minimize project disruptions.


-        Understand and adhere to the organization's policies and procedures.

General Responsibilities:

-        Create and manage comprehensive project documentation to ensure clarity and accountability.


-        Ensure the availability and allocation of resources necessary for project success.


-        Clearly assign roles and responsibilities to staff members to optimize project efficiency.


-        Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.


-        Develop project scopes and objectives in alignment with organizational goals.

About Abhyaz Internships :

Abhyaz Internships are a 4-16 week remote opportunity designed to develop your professional acumen while you work on critical real time projects. You are expected to spend 10 to 15 hrs a week. Our team of mentors and industry professionals guide you through every step of the project for you to gain valuable hands on exposure.  We publish your work results in your online portfolio, allowing you to strengthen your professional resume and social media profiles, while showcasing your work to best position your talents for future opportunities.The outcomes will be byte-sized projects that will have to be delivered every week. Your outcomes will be reviewed and graded by peers and your supervisors. Interns who excel in their project may be offered a full-time job with the company.

Requirements

-        Pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

-        Strong organizational and analytical skills.

-          Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

-        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-        Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

-        Proficiency in project management software and tools.

-        Previous experience in project management is a plus but not required.
