The Otis Americas Delivery Operations team has an exciting new opportunity for an Operational Excellence Lead. The role will be responsible for leading strategic direction and alignment across the Americas with a focus on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Reporting.  Projects initially will be focused on designing and aligning on business KPIs and report enablers and will transform into focusing on operational excellence and analysis.

Essential Responsibilities 

  • Design KPI strategy, governance, creation, analysis, and reporting for the Americas.
  • Connect data sources and improve data quality.
  • Engage cross-functional teams, technology and processes to accomplish results,
  • Work closely with global functions and data owners to create master data and authoritative data sources.
  • Actively work with data owners to improve data quality
  • Deliver reduced KPI and Report proliferation.
  • Develop and implement strategy and governance mechanism for KIP and report continuous improvement involving owners from all contributing functions and groups
  • Deliver on requirements from Americas leadership, focusing on impactful KPIs and reports to streamline decision making.
  • Work with Americas leadership team to align KPIs and reports so they support each other.
  • Provide support and training in other areas of the delivery operations organization.

 

Education Certifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

 

Basic Qualifications 

  • Proven ability to deliver results at pace
  • Process and proactive oriented
  • Demonstrated experience with using data and analytics to drive results and decisions
  • Ability to simply complex or multiple data sources while staying focused on purpose of KIPs and repots for decision making.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient in technology and data analysis, experience with PowerBI is a plus.

This position is 100% remote and can be located anywhere within the United States.
