Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analytics Post M&A Associate Manager to join our dynamic, remote team. As part of our next-generation management consulting firm, you will leverage advanced problem-solving and strategic planning abilities to address intricate business challenges across a variety of industries. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to formulate customized solutions that deliver significant impacts through data-driven decision-making and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively within project teams, organizing tasks, establishing priorities, and creating checkpoints to ensure consistent progress.
  • Effectively communicate complex ideas and pivotal decisions to both team members and clients, including senior management.
  • Manage and prioritize deliverables within designated timelines, maintaining clear communication with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to uncover innovative solutions utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables for clients using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Access, MS Project, and Visio.
  • Engage in effective internal and client communications, tracking project status and managing dependencies and issues.
  • Lead work streams within multifaceted projects while independently overseeing simpler projects.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (essential).
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Agile Development and other methodologies.
  • Ability to create detailed requirement documentation and perform gap analyses.
  • Understanding of APIs and data exchange protocols is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong active listening skills with a keen attention to detail, translating business discussions into actionable requirements.
  • Superior time management capabilities, adept at balancing multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset to work synergistically with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in business analytics, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5-6+ years of recent experience in client-facing management consulting.
  • Familiarity with advisory commissions systems (e.g., BONUS, Xtiva) is a plus.
  • Preferred: Experience in Post M&A Integration.
