Job Overview

We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Operations Project Manager on a temporary basis, with an anticipated duration of at least 12 months and potential for extension. This role is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to balance work and personal life. The hourly compensation for this position ranges between \(39 and \)44, reflecting your experience.

Key Responsibilities

As the Operations Project Manager, your expertise will be essential in steering regional projects and driving innovation initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating implementation and training across district teams to ensure uniform practices.
  • Crafting detailed project plans and monitoring performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Promoting best practices to enhance consistency across districts.
  • Collaborating with district teams to advance corporate objectives centered on Ease, Speed, and Predictability (ESP).
  • Delivering regional initiative presentations during leadership meetings, utilizing LEAN/PDCA methodologies to foster district integration.
  • Ensuring clear communication across all functional teams to cultivate a cohesive approach while supporting the NI&O organization.
  • Executing innovative strategies in partnership with the IPM Manager, Directors, and district leadership to align with strategic goals.
  • Designing processes and training programs to maintain consistency in team practices.
  • Leading the training and implementation of systems and procedures for regional teams.
  • Establishing district OKRs that contribute to national and regional KPIs.
  • Analyzing performance trends and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Keeping abreast of current technologies and innovations affecting operations.
  • Managing action items and preparing reports to illustrate results and action plans.
  • Engaging with regional and national cross-functional teams to drive process enhancements and achieve OKRs/KPIs.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of experience.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience in telecommunications or a related field.
  • At least five years of demonstrated project management experience.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean Principles, and/or PMP certification is advantageous but not required.
